On this day, March 7th, 2025, SJR Homestay is officially opening the first branch of its Kost-Kostan (boarding house) category, located in the heart of Batam city, specifically at Baloi Blok III (in front of St. Petrus Church). This branch features 27 fully equipped rooms, along with additional facilities such as a gym, co-working space, a relaxing rooftop area, an Indomaret minimarket on the first floor, and a garden. With the opening of SJR Homestay Kost Blok III, we aim to provide an exclusive level of comfort for our residents, offering top-notch facilities and services.

SJR Homestay, as a member of ARKI (Asosiasi Rumah Kost Indonesia), participated in the gathering held in Yogyakarta for the first time since joining the community. The event was attended by over 100 boarding house owners from various cities across Indonesia.
