SJR Homestay has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend the rental contract option with Indomaret for a retail space on the first floor of SJR Homestay, Blok III Baloi branch. This agreement reflects a shared commitment to cooperation and mutual benefits for both parties, with detailed terms outlined in a formally documented contract.

On this day, March 7th, 2025, SJR Homestay is officially opening the first branch of its Kost-Kostan (boarding house) category, located in the heart of Batam city, specifically at Baloi Blok III (in front of St. Petrus Church). This branch features 27 fully equipped rooms, along with additional facilities such as a gym, co-working space, a relaxing rooftop area, an Indomaret minimarket on the first floor, and a garden. With the opening of SJR Homestay Kost Blok III, we aim to provide an exclusive level of comfort for our residents, offering top-notch facilities and services.
